This is an exclusive and serene part of Ikoyi. Its 25 mins to the airport, 10 mins from the mainland and 10 minutes from Victoria Island & Lekki phase 1.

The views and the comfort levels of this apartment are first class. This is a perfect place whether you are local to the country or visiting. Its for business people, couples and families alike. Power is 24/7 with a standby generator and a 5KV inverter system to ensure uninterrupted supply.
The estate houses a federal court and has armed police guards complementing the security team. Access to the estate is via an app generated code issued to authorised visitors.
Every sunrise viewed from the balcony is a masterpiece. Relax. Enjoy.
