About this space

Lovely centrally located townhouse, great for enjoying the fantastic shops, bars, restaurants and attractions such as Chichester Festival Theatre, as well as being convenient for events at Goodwood, the beaches of the Witterings and the rest of Chichester Harbour.
The space
This modern townhouse is in the centre of the city, near to the pedestrianised shopping area.
Enter the house into the hallway, where you will find the stairs to the main living accommodation on the first floor. Enter into the well equipped kitchen which also includes a coffee machine and Quooker tap. The large dining table has comfortable seating for up to 5 guests.
Also on the first first, down the hallway is the large charming sitting room. This is a lovely space to spend time after exploring the city with its two comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV (you will need to use your own logins to access the Apps) and views of the Cathedral and also the South Downs. There is also a separate desk area in the sitting room for those who may need to work whilst on their break.
The two bedrooms are on the second floor. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, large wardrobes, view of the Cathedral and an ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath.
On the ground floor, where you enter the house is a small anteroom with single futon sofa and TV, (which can be made up as an extra bed on request) a separate shower room, the utility room with washer and dryer and access to the garage.
You will have exclusive access to the entire house, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and provide large bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, there are many small local shops just a short walk away.
We welcome pets in our property, but kindly review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking to ensure compliance with our guidelines.

The whole house is available for the use of the guests.
There is parking for one small/medium sized car in the garage. There is additional parking in the public carpark located adjacent to the house.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the house, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
