Immerse yourself in the refreshing pool and enjoy the Caribbean sun while you relax. In addition, you can enjoy a delicious barbeque in our barbeque area and share unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

The house has 3 spacious rooms, perfect for resting after a day full of adventures. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your favourite meals. Don’t worry about the heat, as all rooms have air conditioning including the living room.

Outside at the end of the first terrace you will find the laundry room on your left equipped with washing machine and dryer as well as some cleaning items, chairs and beach items. Next to the laundry we have a full bathroom for the convenience of guests who are using the pool.

Coamo is known for its beautiful landscapes and warm climate all year round. In addition, you will be close to tourist attractions such as the famous hot springs of Coamo and the picturesque village of Santa Isabel.

Our beautiful and cosy house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 1 bunk bed with 3 beds (1 full size and 2 twin). The property also has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining room. We have a large outdoor terrace to share; barbeque area and our beautiful pool.

THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR.

You may experience power outages since the ESA infrastructure in Puerto Rico is quite fragile; it is an event beyond our control for which we do not offer any type of refund; even so you will find a battery flashlight in case an inconvenience arises during the night; we also keep an eye out in case the event turns out to be a prolonged one to be able to help the guest in whatever is within our reach. These events can be for short periods and sometimes for longer periods depending on the severity of the breakdown.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENT BEYOND OUR CONTROL. ** OTRIS DETAILS TO HIGHLIGHT** To get your vacation off to a good start, we have included some disposable services, such as shower gel and shampoo for each bathroom, three garbage bags, a roll of paper towel, two rolls of toilet paper per bath, a dish soap and a dish sponge. While we make sure to provide you with the essentials, keep in mind that we do not offer unlimited disposable services. 1 bath towel per guest and at least 3 pool towels. Each bed is prepared with a fitted, 1 blanket and/or quilted and at least 1 pillow per bed; we do not provide additional blankets or sheets. It is your responsibility to review the services we provide and stock you with anything else you may need for your stay.

The property does not have an electric generator.

For the convenience of our guests, the property has solar panels and batteries; so we recommend making responsible use of energy so that when there is an electrical interruption you can enjoy the benefit and privilege of batteries. If there is a service interruption, the property will operate on batteries and only the equipment considered essential by us will work. If you do not make a responsible use, the battery charge will run out earlier than expected and will not have service!!!

We do not provide the gas for the BBQ. We recommend that before placing the food on the grill you make sure that the tank has gas. In order to maintain control of pests, insects and bad smell due to food and/or fat residues, we strongly request not to leave food and/or food residues, sweets among others outside the refrigerator, take out the garbage to the area provided in front of the property (blue containers) and leave the grill and the area clean (free of food and garbage) otherwise you will have a charge of $75 to your account.

Because the house is located in a residential (non-tourist) urbanisation in a rural area (countryside) and is in contact with nature (plants and trees nearby), keep in mind that you can find insects, mosquitoes, ants, domestic animals (cats, dogs), our typical “cock”, among others around the facilities (the facilities do not have gates and there are privacy walls around).

On rainy days it is common to see the presence of ants and other insects.

The property is located near the court of the complex is a common area so we are not responsible for its maintenance; although it is always in conditions and guests have been able to enjoy the facilities; sometimes the green areas are not in optimal condition.

Pool maintenance is scheduled to be carried out before the arrival of the guest; if there is any setback or delay in the route; you must allow entry to the technician to perform the service and be able to guarantee the healthiness of the water and provide a pleasant stay.

**We want to remind you that we are not a hotel, but a cosy private accommodation, which means that we offer a more personalised and unique experience, but with certain limits on our services. Our opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., during which we will be happy to answer any questions or needs you may have during your stay.

Any message received outside these hours will be attended to as soon as possible the next day. We know that doubts may arise and that is why we have written a detailed announcement where you will find important and relevant information for your stay. We recommend that you review it, as it can help minimise questions and ensure that you have a smooth and pleasant experience with us.
