Please note, it does not feature a single, large-group living room. Instead, the dual-house layout offers unparalleled flexibility, perfect for large groups who value having multiple spaces and private retreats to unwind in after a day of exploring.

Each of the twelve lockable bedrooms is a private retreat designed for ultimate comfort and convenience.

Two are private en-suites connected to their respective bedrooms, while four additional full bathrooms are conveniently located on the stairway landings for the other rooms to share. All feature powerful, hot showers and are stocked with luxurious, sustainable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

🧹 Complimentary Housekeeping on Request
To ensure your large group stays comfortable, especially during longer visits, we are pleased to offer a complimentary housekeeping service for both houses. Simply send us a message at least one day in advance, and our professional team can provide a refresh of towels, a clean of the bathrooms and kitchens, and a removal of rubbish (available approx. 11am-3pm daily).

Your group's well-being across the entire estate is our top priority. Both homes are fully certified with annual gas and electrical safety inspections. For fire safety, each house is independently equipped with interlinked, mains-powered smoke alarms in every room, along with its own fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first-aid kit 🔥. For your security, a camera is located in the front entryway of each townhouse.
