This is a traditional London layout, doubled. The estate is focused on providing twelve luxurious bedroom sanctuaries and two complete kitchen/dining hubs. Please note, it does not feature a single, large-group living room. Instead, the dual-house layout offers unparalleled flexibility, perfect for large groups who value having multiple spaces and private retreats to unwind in after a day of exploring.


Your Private Sanctuaries 🛌 (Twelve Bedrooms)
Each of the twelve lockable bedrooms is a private retreat designed for ultimate comfort and convenience.
💤 Sink into a high-quality, medium-firm mattress, kept cozy with an electric underblanket. Full blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep.
📺 Unwind with a 4K Smart TV, complete with Disney+, Apple TV+, and more.
💡 Set the mood with dimmable lighting, and stay productive at the desk with two chairs.
🔌 Each room provides universal adapters, a hairdryer, and a full-length mirror.

The estate includes six full bathrooms. Two are private en-suites connected to their respective bedrooms, while four additional full bathrooms are conveniently located on the stairway landings for the other rooms to share. All feature powerful, hot showers and are stocked with luxurious, sustainable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

To ensure your large group stays comfortable, especially during longer visits, we are pleased to offer a complimentary housekeeping service for both houses. Simply send us a message at least one day in advance, and our professional team can provide a refresh of towels, a clean of the bathrooms and kitchens, and a removal of rubbish (available approx. 11am-3pm daily).

Your group's well-being across the entire estate is our top priority. Both homes are fully certified with annual gas and electrical safety inspections. For fire safety, each house is independently equipped with interlinked, mains-powered smoke alarms in every room, along with its own fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first-aid kit 🔥. For your security, a camera is located in the front entryway of each townhouse.
