The founder of the original hotel and the separate private villa was an avid art collector and TC Villa has original Hellenic, Byzantine and modern Greek artefacts as part of the décor, it is unique in its privileged location and its interior history.

Entering from your private gate off the cliff path you are greeted with a large terrace sea view terrace with hand crafted pool, the edge of the terrace faces directly onto the volcano with panoramic views of the caldera. There is an alfresco eating area under a portico that has curtains for extra privacy, and there are sun loungers and candle lanterns. The outdoor furniture is hand-crafted in heavy wood and with designer cushions. Style and comfort and beauty are the essence here.

Inside is a spacious bright living room, with a combination of antique and modern, comfort and classical blending perfectly. The kitchen is totally modern and fully equipped, and there are 3 double bedrooms, each with a theme of artefacts to compliment the sumptuous rooms. Firostefani in Greek is literally translated as ‘crown’ of Fira, because it is the next village up the cliff and an extension of Fira rather than a separate village. The main square of Firostefani is home to Agios Gerasimos a 300-year-old church facing the volcano, with spectacular views and still in use today.
