Bright apartment with terrace, on the mezzanine floor of a building served by elevator located in the residential area of Santa Margherita.



The accommodation opens onto a small atrium that divides the various rooms; on the left , the living room with dining table , sofa, TV, access to the outdoor terrace and open kitchen equipped with oven and kettle. From here you can access the twin-bedded room positioned exactly opposite a bathroom with shower stall.

Finally, returning to the entrance there is on the right the master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and access to the second terrace and an en suite bathroom equipped only with sanitary ware.



Guests are provided with amenities such as a iron, air conditioning and heating.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in an enclosed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Tigullio Gulf. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called “Dolphin Coast,” which links the town to Portofino. The town is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Nature Park.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is just over 5 minutes' drive from the apartment while Genoa airport is about 45 minutes' drive away.
