Pretty flat in the centre of Roscoff

Upon entering, you will find a large closet on the landing, a spacious bathroom with a modern shower, separate toilets, and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

For the sleeping area, two comfortable bedrooms await: one with a Queen Size bed and the other with two single beds (90 cm each). Each room has storage space to ensure a pleasant and organized stay.

The living room is welcoming and perfect for relaxing, adjacent to a friendly dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher) with a TASSIMO coffee machine, and it is filled with natural light thanks to a large sliding glass door that opens onto the terrace. On the terrace, you will find everything you need to unwind: barbecue, sun loungers, and garden furniture.

Pets are not allowed, and parking inside the residence is prohibited. However, you can park on nearby streets or at Hôtel Triton, just a 3-minute walk away, which offers parking spaces at €10 per day or €50 per week.

Every Wednesday morning, don’t miss the Roscoff market, held in the Quai d’Auxerre parking lot, near the old port and the Tourist Office, across from the lighthouse.

Cleaning is included for the comfort of guests. Linens are not provided, but you have the option to rent “beds made upon arrival” at the following rates:

€20 for a double bed (160x190 cm), towels included

€15 for a single bed (90x190 cm), towels included

Payment is made directly on-site.

No Wi-Fi is available.

Please note that pets are not allowed. However, it occasionally happens that a pet has stayed in the apartment. Even after thorough cleaning, you may find some traces of hair.

We welcome you to this pretty 60m2 flat with a very pleasant balcony, situated in a quiet location in a small residence just 3 minutes' walk from the shops. The flat is on the 1st floor, accessible by lift, and can accommodate 4 people.
