The apartment is a 13-minute walk from the seafront and harbour, ideal for enjoying sunsets, and Porto Vecchio of Sanremo. Nearby beaches feature numerous beachside restaurants and bars, just 12 minutes on foot. For self-catering, several supermarkets are within a 4-minute walk. Guests can also go fishing at Amici Fishing, an 11-minute walk away.

The Statue of Mike Bongiorno, an 8-minute walk away, is a popular tourist spot. The historic old town of Sanremo, La Pigna and The Museum of Sanremo are reachable within 4-6 minutes on foot. Some beachside attractions like Forte di Santa Tecla, Piazzale Pian Nave, and Meridiana Analemmatica can be reached within a walking radius of 8-11 minutes.
