- A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, such as a refrigerator, stove, kettle, as well as dishes and cutlery.

- A dining area.

- A modern bathroom with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and basic toiletries.

- Additional amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, bed linen, towels, and an iron with an ironing board.
