The studio has a double bed with 100% cotton bedding so you can have a comforting rest after exploring the city, or a day of work.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals during your stay. From stove, refrigerator and microwave to cookware and tableware, you'll have everything at your fingertips to satisfy your culinary cravings. In addition, for those moments when you need a boost of energy, you will find a coffee maker to prepare delicious coffees and a toaster to start the day with a perfect breakfast.

The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with a revitalizing shower, soft towels and basic toiletries for your comfort and convenience.

Metro: El barrio de Sol cuenta con la estación de metro del mismo nombre, que es una de las más importantes y concurridas de Madrid. Desde aquí, puedes acceder a varias líneas de metro que te conectan con diferentes partes de la ciudad. Esto te facilita desplazarte hacia y desde Sol, así como explorar otros barrios y lugares de interés en Madrid.

Autobuses: Además del metro, Sol también está bien conectado mediante una amplia red de autobuses. Numerosas líneas de autobús pasan por la zona, lo que te ofrece una alternativa conveniente para desplazarte por el área y llegar a destinos específicos en la ciudad.

Cercanías Renfe: Si necesitas viajar fuera de Madrid, la estación de tren de Sol forma parte de la red de cercanías de Renfe. Desde aquí, puedes tomar trenes que te llevan a otras ciudades y pueblos de los alrededores de la capital.

Our studio has the advantage of having nearby public transportation, facilitating the mobility of guests. Bus lines 3 and 148 offer direct and convenient access to the center of Madrid. This accessibility gives residents and visitors the opportunity to easily explore the city's iconic destinations, enjoying the convenience and efficiency of well-connected public transportation.





TO CONSIDER

-There are rental cribs available for €30/stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.-Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.-Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held in this accommodation.-For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption will be included up to €50, beyond that amount they will be the responsibility of the guest.

-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
