HOW TO GET THERE


From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios, and once there, transfer to Line 10 towards Puerta del Sur. Get off at Plaza de España and transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto. Get off at Villaverde Bajo-Cruce and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at Sol and transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto. Get off at Villaverde Bajo-Cruce and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Sol and transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto. Get off at Villaverde Bajo-Cruce and walk to the provided address.

If you are coming by car, please check the Madrid City Council website for information on where to drive and park.

OTHER DETAILS
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
