Cool off in the shared swimming pool surrounded by nature. Inside, central heating ensures a cozy atmosphere year-round. Families are welcome, with cots and high chairs available on request.

For something unique, nearby Antognolla Golf in Perugia offers an 18-hole experience designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.—and welcomes leashed dogs. Or enjoy scenic walks with your pet along the Arno River and Lake Trasimeno.

Die Unterkunft ist schön, der Pool und das Anwesen ist mega schön. Zu erwähnen wäre aber, das mehrere Katzen frei rumlaufen und das es nebenan Hühner gibt die man den ganzen Tag hören und riechen kann… die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie spricht allerdings kein Englisch oder deutsch . Im ersten Stock kann es sehr heiss werden, wir waren mit einem Baby dorten und es wurde uns ein Kinderbett und ein hochstuhl bereitgestellt. Allerdings ist es mit dem babybett und dem Ventilator ziemlich eng oben Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht

Positiv: Friedlich, unser Cottage ist das einzige, das bewohnt ist. Schüchterne Katzen kommen jeden Tag um Futter zu holen (gemütlich, komm jeden Tag ein bisschen näher) Vogelgezwitscher. Entfernung zur Stadt/Geschäften/Restaurants. Bisher keine Mücken.Nähe toskanische Grenze, mit wunderschönem Arezzo.Negativ: Zwei Hähne!!! Anfahrt zum Urlaubsort sehr spärlich. Stühle innen und außen nicht bequem. Duschraum ist nur für „Kinder und Models“. Keine Seifenschale in der Dusche.Der Weg nach oben ist voller Löcher und man kann wirklich nicht schneller als 10 km fahren.Auto nach 1 Fahrt komplett grau. Schrecklich schlechte Straßen in der Gegend im Allgemeinen. Wer es einfach mag, ohne Luxus, ist hier genau richtig.
