Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand. Die Tapeten an den Wänden sind in allen Zimmern schmutzig und kaputt. Bei dem Hochbett im Kinderzimmer fehlt eine Schraube, so dass das obere Bettgitter locker ist. Die Matratzen sind wirklich widerlich,durchweg nicht benutzbar, voller Flecken und durchgelesen. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist komplett locker. Es fehlt an Töpfen und Geschirr bzw. Gläsern. Die eins, zwei Pfannen und Deckel, die vorhanden sind, sind ebenfalls dreckig und stehen unter der Spüle unter dem verdrecktem Siphon. Die Fenster der Wohnung sind uralt und undicht. Die Tapete kommt teils fast von der Decke runter. Das Sofa und die Stühle sind mehr als verbraucht, in der Küche befindet sich ein Klapptisch, nur Küchenstühle sucht man dort vergeblich. Das Geländer am der Treppe hoch zur Wohnung ist locker, das ist wirklich gefährlich. Wir haben aufgrund der beschriebenen Mängel die Ferienwohnung bei Ankunft gar nicht bezogen, sondern sind gleich wieder nach Hause gefahren. So etwas darf nicht vermietet werden!
