Apartamento grande com 3 quartos. Aquecimento em caso de frio, acesso direto a garagem. Proprietário responde rápido as diversas perguntas. Pontos negativos: as empregadas de limpeza não fizeram a limpeza como deve ser e puseram a minha palavra em dúvida e é pena as portas fazerem baralho de resto tudo ok.
