Set in the peaceful surroundings of Simonshaven, this pet-friendly holiday home for six guests offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Located just 150 meters from the lake beach, guests can enjoy direct access to fishing and watersports, including stand-up paddleboarding right from the garden. With bike rentals and boat rentals nearby, exploring the scenic beauty of South Holland is effortless. Inside, the home features a cozy living area with a TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms with single beds. Guests can unwind on the terrace with garden furniture, while children can enjoy the play equipment and party games. Practical amenities like a washing machine, high chair, and central heating ensure a hassle-free stay, while private parking adds convenience. Nearby, visit the Van Nelle Factory, a UNESCO-listed architectural marvel, or explore the Kunsthal Rotterdam, showcasing contemporary art. For dining, De Pannekoekenbakker Zuidland offers delicious pancakes with stunning lake views, while Deli Bird serves authentic Thai cuisine in Rotterdam. Whether seeking adventure or relaxation, this retreat is the perfect gateway to South Holland’s charm.
Reservations for groups of persons under 26 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 200 / 250 may apply.
