Layout of Vista Torres:

Upon arriving, in front of you lies the beach and the ever-blue Mediterranean Sea, On your left a modern complex with a striking and attractive look welcomes you. From the underground parking with a comfortable and large parking space, an elevator takes you directly to the elegant corner apartment "Vista Torres" on the second floor. You enter the apartment through the front door, into a corridor that leads along the left to the open plan living space:

• The modern open kitchen with a double arrangement consists of a kitchen unit against the back wall and opposite an open island oriented towards the living room and terrace with sea view. The kitchen is equipped with a combi fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave kettle, toaster, a Nespresso and a classic coffee maker. You cook here wonderfully with a view of the sea, while on the other side of the island two guests can sit and so you are cozy together while cooking. Between the island and the wall unit is a glass door that opens onto a side terrace. This makes the kitchen nice and light and airy.

• In the center of this open plan living space there is a table for 6 guests. The sitting area has a spacious sofa, and a beautiful widescreen TV. Above the sitting area a modern fan provides cooling and of course there is also air conditioning. From the living area a large sliding door leads to the terrace at the front of the house. The beautiful frontal sea view is without doubt the eye-catcher of the modern living space.

• In the living space there is another door on the left. This gives access to the master suite. This master bedroom opens onto the terrace at the front of the house, making it a great place to wake up with a sea view. This room has its own closet, air conditioning and shutters. The sleek en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet.

• Turning right at the front door toward the back of the house, there are two more bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The first bedroom has a pull-out bed, which can be used as a single or double bed as desired. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and shutters. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.

Outdoor living:

• At Vista Torres, the sea is never far away, and on the lovely corner terrace at the front of the home, the starring role is the frontal view of Playa El Torres, from which the home takes its name. A comfortable corner sofa is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the view. The large table seats 6 guests and is perfect for a sunrise breakfast or a lovely summer evening of long after-dinner dining. A large parasol provides shade during the hottest times of the day.

• On the side of the house, with access past the kitchen, there is another side terrace, with lateral sea views. This terrace faces west, allowing you to enjoy the setting sun and catch the very last ray of sunshine.

• When you want to cool off, you can choose between beach and pool. Enjoy the complex's luxurious lagoon-shaped pool , beautifully landscaped and equipped with loungers. Moreover, there is also a heated indoor pool, complete with sauna and jacuzzi, for a complete and comfortable wellness experience, with both changing rooms and showers.

• You can walk on foot to the wonderfully pristine beach of Playa el Torres, just a few meters from apartment Vista Torres. This vast pebble beach is one of the most beautiful bays of Villajoyosa and even during high season it remains relatively quiet. During the summer months you can also visit the so-called "chiruinguitos" or beach restaurants here.
