Lake View has one double bedroom, plus a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There is an open-plan living space including a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wash/dryer, coffee maker, a breakfast bar, and a sitting area with Smart TV, games, and books. The dining room/conservatory has dining table with seating for four guests. Outside, there is a non-enclosed side balcony with furniture and rural views, along with off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Lake View makes a delightful base for a romantic getaway with Falmouth.
