Lovely well-appointed, cozy and well-maintained cottage suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. The house was renovated in 2025 and has a new wood-burning stove. The house has a beautiful wooden terrace, a nice annex with its own bathroom and a lovely large plot with plenty of space to romp around. The renovated kitchen with fridge, freezer and microwave is open to the living room with TV, WIFI, heat pump and wood-burning stove. One bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200), which can be made into a double bed, one bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and one bedroom has a bunk bed (85x190). There is also a lovely annex with a double bed (180x200), which can be set up as two single beds (90x200) if needed. The annex has a nice bathroom and a heat pump. The Kærgården holiday home area is beautifully situated right by the fjord/Krik vig and approx. 7 km from the North Sea. Kærgården has a common area with mini golf, petanque, playground and green areas for free use. This house is not available for youth and craftsman groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
