Holiday home in a fantastic coastal landscape with panoramic views. An Eldorado for fishing, diving, and boating enthusiasts by the beautiful Sognefjord. Great hiking possibilities in the mountains. The holiday house of 70 m2 is located a hill 90 m from the coast. Entrance hall with wardrobe, bathroom/laundry room and storage room. 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with a single bed each. Spacious living room and open plan kitchen. Staircase to loft with 2 single beds. From the dining table you have a nice view of the fjord. TV in the living room with satellite dish for German and international channels. Canal Digital. Nice terrace with garden furniture and a great view of the fjord. A larger terrace faces west. Shed with freezer as well as plenty of space for fishing equipment and life jackets. On the lower side of the terrace, there is a path down to a private quay with floating jetty and covered mooring area 90 m from the holiday house. The area has a bustling wildlife of seabirds and the occasional sea eagle, otters and porpoises. If you're lucky, you might even see a minke whale. Beach at Sande 15 min drive away. Great opportunities for mountain hilking, i.a. to Midtbøfjellet on Ånneland, Vestre- and Tjørefjellet (from 194 -240 m.a.s.l.). About 8.2 km to the village of Byrknes with grocery store and service offers. If you want to visit a big city, Bergen is 1.5 hours away. Lots of fishing opportunities in lakes nearby, remember to purchase a fishing license. Boat for rent: JaMarin 15 foot with 50 HP, GPS/chart plotter/sonar. The boat is located at the floating jetty 90 m from the holiday home.
