The apartment is located on the first floor with a small terrace in front of the entrance. Nice view of the area.The vacation apartment is furnished in one large room with a kitchen/living room, which is the heart of the home, with all modern amenities, a lovely dining area, and a cozy sitting area accompanied by a fireplace and comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy board games or watch a good movie on the smart TV. Adjacent to the sitting area is the apartment's sleeping area with a large double bed (single beds 80 x 200 cm pushed together as a double bed). The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. From the kitchen/living room, there is direct access to the terrace. Private parking space for your car directly in front of the apartment. Treat your better half to a dip in the swimming pool and hot tub. Krøyer's wellness building with hot tub, sauna, and indoor pool is just a few meters from the front door. The light is absolutely fantastic at the top of Denmark. Skagen's varied nature is characterized by the sea and miles of white beaches. Take a trip to Denmark's northernmost point, Grenen, where the two seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet, or visit one of the many other attractions in the area. Flagbakken is a paradise for birdwatchers. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
