Greatly located holiday home in the scenic fishing village of Sveggesundet. Outdoor whirlpool and short distance to good fishing spots. Final cleaning included in the price. Holiday home for the quality-conscious! Wood-burning stove in the living room/kitchen. Apple TV: Astra1 for German channels and Allente for Norwegian and European channels, Netflix and ChromeCast. Internet/WIFI: 50 Mbits. Underfloor heating in most rooms. 3 bedrooms, no. 1: double bed, no. 2: family bunk 120 cm + 90 cm, no. 3: double bed 135 cm and bunk bed 90 cm + 90 cm. Outdoor hot tub for 4-6 people on the largest terrace. Charger for electric car available. 30 m to the boat and swimming opportunity from the bathing stairs/jetty, 3 km to the shallow beach. This is a coastal pearl that offers great fishing and hiking opportunities. Day trips: Molde, Åndalsnes with gondola, the fishing village and coastal fort Ergan i Bud, Altanterhavsveien. 10 km to Kristiansund with a shopping center, the Atlantic Ocean Bath, playground, Kvernberget with Sherpa stairs close to the airport, and boat connection to Grip. 9 km to Bådalselva with salmon/trout and 11 km to lake Hoset with trout, remember your fishing license. Kayaks for 2 adults and a child can be borrowed at your own risk. Covered filleting bench with light and running water. Boat for rent: 18 feet Hobby 528cc with 50 HP, GPS/chart plotter/sonar and 8 rod holders Possible to pay deposit, boat rental etc. with credit card to the owner. The holiday house is not let to youth groups.
