This cosy and well-appointed holiday home is located on a large natural plot in the scenic area of Ferring, just a few hundred metres from the North Sea. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air, the wide sandy beaches and the magnificent West Jutland nature that the area is known for. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children and forms the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday close to the sea. The cottage offers a bright and inviting living room with a wood-burning stove, Chromecast and TV, where the family can gather after a day at the beach or on an excursion. The house has three bedrooms with a total of six beds and a loft with two extra beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of which is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is practically furnished with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Outdoors, a lovely terrace awaits you with garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas grill, where you can enjoy the sun, meals and the long summer evenings in peaceful surroundings. The large natural plot of 1,269 m² also provides good opportunities for play and relaxation in the open air. Ferring has both sea, lake, dunes and culture. The area's landmark is Bovbjerg Lighthouse, which towers high above the North Sea and offers spectacular views of the coastal landscape. Nearby you will also find the idyllic Ferring Lake, cozy galleries and good hiking and cycling routes. Excursions to Lemvig and Thyboron provide the opportunity to experience the area's maritime atmosphere, museums and attractions. Not rented out to youth groups and craftsman groups. Only for holiday stays.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
