Close to the beautiful beach at Nr. In Lyngby, you will find this vacation home with its own swimming pool, hot tub, and various activities for up to 14 people. The beautiful pool area features a 15 m² swimming pool with a water slide and integrated swimming trainer. The pool area also has a large hot tub and a bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating and a sauna. In addition to the many hours you can spend in the pool area of the vacation home, the house has even more to offer. Among other things, there is a fully equipped activity room with billiards, table tennis, table soccer, PlayStation 4, and darts for your leisure enjoyment. In the living room, you can look forward to movie nights in the home theater, which consists of a 65-inch OLED TV and an Atmos surround soundbar with subwoofer and rear speakers. The kitchen, which is connected to the living area, includes an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and freezer. The vacation home is spacious and equipped with five bedrooms and a loft (Hems) with space for overnight guests. Outside, there is a large terrace area where you can enjoy the sun in comfortable garden furniture. The natural grounds surrounding the house also provide fun for the youngest guests with swings, a sandpit, and a trampoline (use at your own risk). Not available for rental to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
