Welcome to our elegant 4-bedroom villa in Bibinje, just a 10-minute drive from Zadar. This modern and spacious 200m² home is designed for comfort and luxury, accommodating up to 8 guests. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and stylish decor.
The expansive living room is perfect for relaxation, featuring a comfortable couch and a large TV with Netflix. The huge dining table comfortably seats everyone for family meals and gatherings. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, fridge, blender, children's kitchenette, and high chair, making it ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together.
For entertainment, the gaming room is equipped with a PS5 and a yearly game subscription, and it doubles as a professional workspace with an office table, chair, and mobile holder for Zoom calls.
Step outside to enjoy the 9x4m swimming pool with a relaxing waterfall feature. Surrounding the pool are stylish deckchairs and a shaded area for comfort. The adjacent jacuzzi seats 8, perfect for unwinding under the stars. The barbecue area includes a sink and a dining table for 8, ideal for alfresco dining.
The natural grass garden, dotted with trees, includes a badminton net and rackets, a small dollhouse for children, and ample space for leisure activities. Each bathroom is equipped with essential toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

For your safety, the villa has three exterior security cameras monitoring the entrance, side of the house, and swimming pool area. These cameras can be covered or turned off upon request, ensuring your privacy and comfort.
I will personally greet each guest upon arrival to show you around the house, explain everything you need to know, and discuss all the rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable vacation. Please contact me at least one hour before arrival so I can be there to welcome you. I will also provide my personal phone number for any assistance you may need during your stay.

Thanks to my excellent results, I stayed at the university for an additional five years, teaching hundreds of students about Marketing.
Hospitality has been a part of my life for over 25 years, as my family has always been involved in the industry. Growing up, we welcomed guests into our home and apartment, making hosting a natural part of my childhood. I’ve always enjoyed meeting people from all over the world, listening to their stories, and sharing my own. I never saw it as a job—it was a passion. Hosting taught me invaluable lessons, improved my English, and provided a reliable income stream. At the same time, I had the opportunity to showcase my beautiful country and hometown to our guests. It was a true win-win experience.

Bibinje is my hometown, and my entire family lives here, all within a 1-kilometer radius. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Croatia is a beautiful country, and Bibinje is perfectly located, almost in the heart of the Croatian coastline. The historic city of Zadar is just a 10-minute drive away, and we’re surrounded by several stunning national parks.
Despite being a tourism-focused destination, Bibinje has managed to retain its charm and authenticity. It hasn’t become overly commercialized and has kept the spirit of the Mediterranean as it once was. It’s the perfect place to visit, unwind, or even raise a family.
