Welcome to our semi-detached house, located in a privileged location, just five minutes from the vibrant Rua da Oura, the stunning Aveiros Beach or Forte de São João Beach.



The property has two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for rest. The two bathrooms, equipped with showers, offer functionality, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests. With all the necessary appliances, cooking will be an easy and pleasant task to enjoy meals with family or friends.

The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed where two people sleep.



The location of this villa is simply ideal for those who want to be close to the main attractions of Albufeira. Rua da Oura, famous for its lively nightlife, shops and restaurants, is a short walk away. The Aveiros and Forte de São João beaches are easily accessible, offering golden sands and crystal-clear waters, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.

Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our inquires.Fridge very rusty exterior but clean inside. The rest of kitchen was a little dated but functional.No heating and house was chilly. Host sent over extra blankets same day ( much appreciated). Being from Canada not used to homes without heating.Biggest disappointment was the patio. In the sale brochure the patio had a nice covered eating area with privacy fencing all around the entire patio. That is no longer there. Just a table and four chairs.On the positive sideFor a family of four or more probably good value.Location was great for us. Between the Old town and the strip and a couple of good restaurants very close by.Bedding and general cleanliness very good.Excellent wifi.

It was a fantastic stay and we'll definitely be back!

We stayed in Albufeira for a weekend and couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodation! The location was excellent, close to the famous São Rafael beach and some of the city's best attractions. The flat was very well decorated, with modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. .

We had an incredible experience in Albufeira!

The accommodation was located near Praia de Olhos de Água, a quiet and beautiful spot, ideal for relaxing walks by the sea. The flat was very spacious and modern, with a large living room and a marvellous balcony where we could enjoy the weather. The staff were very professional and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and activities. We'll definitely be back! .

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Albufeira ! Le logement se trouvait dans un quartier calme, mais très proche de la célèbre Praia dos Pescadores, où nous avons passé de longues heures à nous détendre au soleil. L'appartement était très confortable et bien équipé, avec une cuisine moderne et un grand salon. Wir waren eine Woche lang in Albufeira und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft befand sich in der Nähe des ruhigen Strandes Praia do Castelo, der für sein ruhiges Wasser und seine atemberaubende Landschaft bekannt ist. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, mit allen Utensilien, die wir für die Zubereitung unserer Mahlzeiten benötigten. Wir haben vier Nächte in Albufeira verbracht und waren begeistert! Die Unterkunft war nur wenige Minuten vom Praia de São Rafael entfernt, einem der schönsten Orte der Stadt, mit kristallklarem Wasser und atemberaubenden Klippen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hatte einen Hauch von Charme, mit modernen Möbeln und einem großen Balkon, wo wir uns entspannen und den Gartenblick genießen konnten. O alojamento estava a uma curta distância da linda Praia de Falésia, um local incrível para explorar as falésias douradas e as águas azuis do Atlântico. Nous le recommandons vivement !

Nous avons passé une semaine à Albufeira et nous avons été ravis de l'hébergement ! L'emplacement était parfait, à quelques pas de la magnifique plage de Salgados, un endroit idéal pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité et la nature. L'appartement était très bien décoré et confortable, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée qui nous a permis de préparer des repas maison avec des ingrédients frais achetés au marché local. Le personnel était très sympathique et toujours prêt à nous donner des conseils et des informations. .
