This single-story house is nestled into the stunning town of Trearddur Bay in Anglesey, this property offers
ground-floor accommodation, an open-plan living space, and a shared lawn, spacious enough for up to
four guests. This charming property offers the perfect balance of modern style and home comforts, as you step inside you will be greeted by the spacious, natural-lit rooms and hardwood floors, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout. The property features modern furniture and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows in comfort. This contemporary kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. From the essential utensils to the latest appliances, you will find everything necessary to create incredible meals.

The property offers two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a choice of a king-size bed or twin-
size beds, to cater to different group sizes. Additionally, there is a generously sized shower room for your convenience.

During your stay, you’ll have the opportunity to discover the breathtaking treasures of Trearddur Bay, with
views of Holyhead Mountain and the Snowdon mountain range. Immerse yourself in various exciting
water sports activities with the beach just a stone's throw away, and treat yourself to a culinary
experience at one of the many restaurants nearby.

With Holyhead just a five-minute drive away, you will have the opportunity to explore everything this town
has to offer, One of the must-see sights is the magnificent landscape of South Stack, located at the most
westerly point of Anglesey, here you can observe the thriving colonies of seabirds from the RSPB’s Ellin’s
tower observatory and take in the stunning views of the Lleyn Peninsula, on a clear day it is even
possible to see the Wicklow mountains in Ireland.

- please bring your dog’s own bedding, throws, and towels!
- No pets in the bedroom, on furniture (due to scratches), or to be left alone whilst you are out.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
