A warm welcome to the holiday paradise Gotland and a very nice apartment in central Visby in a quiet family area. It offers a cozy basement apartment with generous areas, whirlpool and private terrace. Convenient walking distance to the center, Visby Innerstad, shops, swimming and beautiful nature! Here you are welcomed by a nice patio where breakfast and wonderful summer evenings can be enjoyed. Adjacent to the entrance you reach a luxurious bathroom combined with laundry room, here is a whirlpool tub for 2 people, shower cubicle, washbasin and washer and dryer. Further into the apartment you reach a cozy bedroom with two single beds and storage options in the chest of drawers. Separate kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, stove, oven, cooker hood, microwave and dishwasher, dining area you will find in the living room. In the inner hall there is a separate toilet with sink. Further into the apartment there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofa bed, TV and nice dining area. Via the living room you reach a double bedroom with its own TV and chest of drawers for storage. No door between living room and bedroom. The owners live above this basement apartment. Their little dog can sometimes stroll around the garden. Here you live in a very comfortable accommodation with everything needed for a stay in Visby. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, shopping, Visby Ringmur, promenade, swimming and much more! For children there are playgrounds, soccer field, tennis court and swimming pool only a few hundred meters away. Otherwise, Pippi Longstocking at Kneippbyn usually attracts many with its large water and summer land. You must not miss the magical sandy beaches Gotland has to offer, the nearest sandy beaches for you are Norderstrand, Gustavsvik and Snäck which are located in Visby about 8 minutes drive from the accommodation. But you will find one of Gotland's absolutely finest beaches on Fårö; Sudersand. If you choose to go south, there are beaches such as Tofta and on the east side, Ljugarn and Sandviken are recommended. Visby and Gotland are bursting with life and movement during the summer. In addition to Visby and Gotland offering a unique nature that is an experience in itself, there is also a large selection of several restaurants, cafes, cultural attractions and nice little shops. Take a walk along Visby Ringmur and stroll along the charming alleys in Visby's inner city and ponder its history. Stop for a good bite to eat on the way and then enjoy an ice cream in front of the unbeatable sunset down by the promenade. Let the holidays begin!
