Holiday home located on a large plot surrounded by trees in a short walking distance to the beach at Grønhøj. During the summer, there is free access to the communal, covered swimming pool in the area. The cottage is very well maintained and well furnished with three good bedrooms with good beds and modern furnished living room with TV, stereo with CD player and wireless internet. In the cottage there is the large package from Viasat with many Danish, Swedish and Norwegian channels. There is a well-equipped kitchen with i.a. fridge / freezer, dishwasher and ceramic hob. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house is heated with wood stove, air / air heat pump and electric heating. In the garden you will find a sandbox. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
