In an attractive area in Marielyst, this cottage with sauna is only approx. 300-400 meters from the center and shopping and approx. 500 meters to the best bathing beach. The cottage contains i.a. air / air heat pump and washing machine, free, wireless internet and TV. However, there are German and Danish channels not TV2. Large kitchen / living room / family room with plenty of space, bright kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs and dishwasher as well as bio fireplace. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. In the conservatory / hallway there is an arrangement with furniture to enjoy and access to the sauna. On the 1st floor there are two large rooms with a double beds and in one there is a real cot with duvet and pillow and exit to the swallow-terrace. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Large wooden terrace with plenty of space for barbecue, cosiness and sunbathing. Large plot with space for ball games and play. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
