A lovely 2 bedroom apartment located close to Ashford town centre in a modern development. There is everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels and high speed Wifi throughout. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the Ashford town centre you will be within easy reach of shops, restaurants and bars as well as local local parks.
The Space:
This stylish and bright 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable and homely stay. The floor to ceiling windows bathe the rooms with natural light and offer lovely views from the 3rd floor. The spacious open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a sofa, armchair and smart TV, as well as a large balcony. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom features a rainfall shower over bath, along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. While the parking for this development is under construction, please park at the Victoria Road car park, a 2 minute walk from Pyramid house. The host will take your car registration and provide a permit so that you will not need to pay for parking.
- Please be aware there is some construction work ongoing near the property but it should not cause much disruption.

Guests have sole access to the property.

Situated in a quiet area, just 10 minutes from Ashford town centre as well as the Designer Outlet Shopping centre, you will find a huge array of shops restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, as well as a choice of local parks within walking distance. There is also a large Aldi supermarket just 2 minutes from the apartment. It is just a 5 minute walk to the Train Station with National rail links to the rest of the country and trains to London within 30 minutes.
Getting Around:
There is plenty on offer within walking distance including a choice of nearby bars, restaurants and cafes with central Ashford just 10 minutes walk away. The train Station is just 5 minutes walk away with national rail links to the rest of the country and trains to London within 30 minutes. There are also local busses servicing the nearby main road.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
