It features a double bed (140 cm wide), a double sofa bed (140 cm wide), a fold-out wall desk, and a dining table for four (which can be removed and folded away to make more space).
The apartment also includes a bathroom with a window (vasista), a large shower, a washing machine, and a closet.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceiling-high window (vasista), two induction burners, an oven/microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and all the necessary accessories for cooking and dining.

Our Opinion:
This apartment is ideal for short-to-medium-term stays thanks to its excellent location in the heart of Florence's historic center. It is particularly suitable for a couple, but can accommodate up to four travelers who want to enjoy both style and comfort. With 4 guests the spaces might seem a bit cramped, but it depends on how you want to use it.

The very central location of the apartment allows you to visit the entire historic center of Florence very well even on foot.
However, public transport services are many and particularly close, allowing you to move around without problems.

Its two terraces (with outdoor lighting) have been designed to ensure you enjoy a dream vacation. The larger one allows you to eat outdoors, or indoors, and also features a barbecue.
The upper terrace overlooks the most iconic Renaissance monuments, but has a dangerous vertical access ladder. Access is not recommended and we decline all responsibility.

The apartment is located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood and you couldn't wish to be more in the city center than this! You will find both the Santa Maria Novella train station and Piazza del Duomo less than a 10-minute walk away.
During the Renaissance, this neighborhood was the cultural center of Florence, Italy and the world! The area overflows with humanity especially around the stalls that are spread around the Central Market, very crowded both outside and inside where it is possible, on the ground floor to buy typical Florentine products and on the first floor to do a multi-ethnic lunch break.
The other face of the neighborhood is that of the Medici family who in just a few square meters left humanity with majestic works. Among these you can visit the Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the family seat for decades, and the Basilica of San Lorenzo. Without forgetting the Medici Chapels, the family's extraordinary mausoleum.

If you wish to use the car to travel around the city, we advise you to pay particular attention to the road signs in order to avoid unpleasant fines and to contact private garages in the center (i.e. the one closest to your home) in order to obtain a temporary access permit.
Recommended accesses to the ZTL: via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria.
Upon your arrival at the garage, within 3 hours of your first access to the Oltrarno restricted traffic area (but be careful not to cross the river!), the garage will mark your license plate on the "white list" for regular access without a fine.
