Open your eyes and discover these sensations in reality, on the banks of the Laboreiro River, in a unique retreat, restored from an old mill whose name was adopted from the Poço Verde (Green Well) located a few metres away and where the old Chocolate Factory that operated in these parts was also located. The famous “Chocolate Carabel” kept its freshness on the banks of this river that flows nearby.

Its interior, carefully renovated, offers contemporary comfort without sacrificing the authenticity of the place and its people, in a gesture of cultural and environmental preservation, in a story that carries the weight of time that also falls in love with the present.

Featuring a kitchenette with fridge, electric hob and microwave, a living room with sofa bed and fireplace, and a bathroom with shower, it is fully equipped for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Climb the iron stairs to find the mezzanine with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the floor below, and let yourself be carried away by the sound of the river flowing outside!
