The large master bedroom en suite has a king sized bed, its own TV and its own lanai entrance. The guest bedroom has two twin bed and a guest bath right next door. The open living area has comfortable seating to enjoy a large flat screen TV and a large dining table. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and opened wall to dining area. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer in the unit, free in-unit Wifi, a building elevator and ample parking. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and a marina, where you can launch your next fishing trip!

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
