The accommodation consists of a small fenced outdoor veranda that serves as an entrance, from which we directly access the living room, consisting of a sofa bed, television and air conditioning. On the right we find the double bedroom with two bedside tables and a window, which always keeps the room cool. Walking through the living room we arrive in the kitchen, a kitchen that is equipped with all the comforts and primary services, stove, fridge, cutlery and pantries; on the right side we also find the first of the two bathrooms, equipped and complete with all the comforts and services. Going past the living room we find a small open space, a veranda (where it is possible to separate waste) and the second bathroom, also complete with everything. Casa Riccione 15 meters from the sea is an ideal and human-sized house for a maximum of 4 people or for a family unit, recently renovated, we emphasize how the proximity to the sea, the seafront, the pedestrian area and the historic center are its strong point.
