This bright and welcoming two-bedroom apartment is set on the third floor of a well-kept building, with lift access for easy arrival. With big windows and beautiful wooden floors, the space feels open, airy, and full of natural light.



Both bedrooms are comfortable and great for couples, friends, or a small family. The separate living room is a cosy spot to relax after a busy day—whether you're watching a movie, reading, or just catching up over a cup of tea.



The kitchen is small but practical, with everything you need to cook simple meals at home. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer visit, this apartment makes a great base for exploring the city while having a peaceful place to come back to.



Guest Access:

We offer a Meet & Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process sent to your email after your booking is confirmed.



This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.

Good, but not as good as it could have been

First, the flat is very nice - very large bedrooms, closets and bathrooms. The kitchen is small but adequate and that is true for the main living area. And it is in a near ideal location - the Baker Street tube station is a real hub and you can see it out of the window. Lots of places to eat and you can walk to Oxford Street. That said, there were lots of issues. The elevator was broken for about half of the rental and there was little communication about its status. The shower in the Primary bedroom overflowed almost immediately the first time used. Staff serviced it and we were told that the drain was clogged. But, that underscores that cleaning staff were not very thorough as running the shower to clean it would have caused a backup and could not have gone unnoticed. Also, the glass door sounded like it could shatter when you opened it and that was not fixed - so essentially we only had one working shower. The carpets, drapes and the fabric on the night stands were stained and the safes provided for secure storage were inoperable. There was a combination washer/dryer but no manual or instructions on how to use it. And when we arrived there were no remotes for the TVs in the bedrooms rendering them unusable. We understand that the owners can't predict the elevator, and you can't replace the carpet every time someone spills. But for the price we were expecting a flat in better repair and better service.

The reason we didn’t provide updates sooner is that we were also waiting for a response and confirmation from the building management company, and unfortunately, we had no clear timeline to pass on at the time. Your comments about the shower, TV remotes, safe, and general maintenance have been noted, and we're addressing these with our team. We also apologise for the missing appliance instructions and the cleanliness concerns; this is not the standard we aim to uphold.
