This is a 150mq half-indipendent house with 4 separated bedrooms, huge living room, small sport gym, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, balcony.

We have small garden with table,barbecue , beach chairs and a private pool of 3mtx 2mt with Jacuzzi system integrate, which cost extra 100€/ stay with no limit time of use.

There are 3 double beds, 4 single beds, a sofa-bed in living room , a crib as an air-mat for 2 people and a single matress on the floor .

The house is located 2 min by foot from TRAIN STATION to CINQUE TERRE.

After the booking, you have to contact us ONLY by WHATS APP , send us a screenshot of the booking, and we will provide you all info how to make bank traansfer to pay for the room. Your card will only keep as guarancy in case no show or damages in the appartment, in such ase we will harge your card!!!!


Before booking please take note of the following conditions:


1) If you use the kitchen, you should always clean after use. Thank you


2) After booking, you need to contact us ONLY via WHATS APP , send us a screenshot of the booking, then you will receive a bank account or Pay palll where you need to pay for the booking
.
We keep your card number only in case of damage or cancellation on your part. Otherwise it will not be used.



3) Check-in after 4pm, check-out by 11.30am


4) TV is cable only, you need to use your own internet connection to connect your smart TV and get extra channels like Netflix


5) Leave the key in the garage before leaving


6) Parking is always free, because these are public spaces around the house or at the train station behind the yellow barrier


7) do not smoke inside or at the windows and in the garden( all flowers and grass is synthetic !!!!! Smoke outside in the street or on the balcony and throw the cigarette filter in the garbage




8) Don't wear shoes at home, we have slippers for you.




9) The heating is autonomous, you turn it on and off as you prefer. You can also use the fireplace. there is wood.




10) we have fans and portable air conditioning




11) Breakfast is Italian and buffet style. It means you find food and drinks in the fridge and help yourself. We also have gluten-free products!




12) If you use board games or our books, put them back where you found them after use
