The property consists of the main villa on two levels, consisting of 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry area, large kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as a large terrace directly overlooking the sea (the living room and a dining room are surrounded by five big french windows on the house terrace and are equipped with wrought iron table, sofa and armchairs), and the "dependance" on two levels consisting of a living room and a dining room, with kitchen and bathroom on the grown floor and two doubole rooms, one with private terrace, and a large terrace at the first floor. The picturesque village of Tellaro is a five-minute walk, and the town of Lerici, which is a popular tourist site is five minutes by car or bus.
The place is well connected with the surroundings and overlooks the Gulf of Poets exactly in front of Portovenere and the Cinque terre area. You can easily reach these places with your own cars or with pubblic transport, bus or train, and also by the sea with private boats for hire and ferries.
