Lovely, cosy and very quiet lower ground floor apartment with flowery patio ready for culture loving guests as all major cultural and historical spots are just round the corner. Great location, 4 minutes walk from Harrods department store and 15 minutes to National History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Science Museum and Hyde Park just around the corner.

Incredible location but actual space is lower quality

First off, the location of this Vrbo is 10/10 - perfect homebase near the museums, shops, Hyde Park, etc. It was our family's first time together in London and this location alone made the space worth it.The actual space though, leaves something to be desired. The sleeping area is fine, functional. Same with the kitchen/living area. Both are slightly awkward and cramped, but no real complaints, I know how city apartments, especially basement units can be. The bathroom is poorly ventilated, shower lacks any curtain or barrier, so any time anyone bathed, it would make a huge mess and get the entire bathroom wet. Overall cleanliness was sub-par too, for this location and price. For the most part, we knew what to expect and were okay with trading off these comfort for location, but the bathroom issue was pretty tough to deal with.

Aside for a few small problems - condition of washing machine and difficulty with the door locks our stay was enjoyable. It should be pointed out that the shower is very difficult to use.

Subject: Urgent Request for Refund – Misrepresentation of Property (Booking ID: )Hi VRBO Support,I’m writing to formally request a full refund for my recent stay at [Property Name or ID], hosted by Katya. Upon arrival, I found that the property was materially misrepresented in the listing, leading to a deeply unsatisfactory experience for my party of 3.The listing showed features that were not as described in reality. For example:•The shower situation was misrepresented: while the listing suggested a proper shower setup, it turned out to be a handheld showerhead attached to a bathtub faucet, with no shower curtain or enclosure, making it impractical and uncomfortable to use. Additionally the bathroom door did not close and seems to have a non functioning handle and lock that doesn’t allow the door to close. •The overall condition and amenities of the flat did not match the photos in terms of cleanliness, usability, or comfort. What was marketed as “cosy and full of character” was instead outdated, inconvenient, and far from the standard one would expect at this price point.The host, when contacted, dismissed my concerns and refused to offer a resolution, instead placing the burden on me to escalate. I believe this situation falls clearly under VRBO’s Book with Confidence Guarantee, which protects travelers against inaccurate or misleading listings.I am requesting a full refund based on this misrepresentation. Superbe localisation

Séjour agréable, l’appartement est très bien situé juste à côté d’Harrods, Hyde Park et à 5-7 min des métros Knightbridge et South Kesinghton.Check In très simple avec instructions par message, équipement et confort de l appartement plutôt bien, quartier très sécurisé et agréable.En revanche quelques éléments de vaisselles étaient sales à notre arrivée, mais l appartement propre dans l’ensemble.
