Welcome to Owl House! Step inside and discover a stylish interior combining contemporary features with some beautiful timeless antiques. This countryside barn has been lovingly renovated to a high standard whilst retaining its unique original features. Set in 3 acres of stunning gardens with wildlife ponds and countryside views, providing a peaceful retreat
It is a rare find as guests have their own hot tub right outside their door and a shared swimming pool (seasonal) in the main grounds

As you enter through the electronic gates into the beautiful gardens, you'll feel relaxation begin to set in.
Inside, you'll find a spacious and tastefully decorated interior with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Enjoy cooking your favourite meals with a brand-new eye-level oven and microwave, as well as a separate pizza oven/ grill.
No washing up with the convenient dishwasher. A modern full-length radiator adds warmth and comfort, making it a cosy spot to gather or sip your morning coffee from the Illy coffee machine.
The modern and fully tiled wet room offers a sleek and practical design, perfect for a relaxing shower experience after a long day exploring.
Enjoy the large overhead rainfall shower and adjustable handheld showerhead for added convenience.
A wall-mounted support bar adds extra stability, and the level-access floor with a non-slip finish makes it ideal for guests with limited mobility. Natural light filters in through the frosted window, keeping the space bright and airy.
Bedroom 1 (First Floor): A generous king-size bed with luxurious bedding and hotel-quality linen, and an adjacent toilet with a wash basin.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): King-size zip-link bed that can be converted to two singles on request - please notify us when booking. Ideal for those with limited mobility, which is conveniently next to the accessible wet room with the newly upgraded shower
The spacious yet cosy living room opens via French doors to a private enclosed patio with a raised pond, BBQ, Seating and your own private hot tub - heated and ready to enjoy upon arrival!
Relax with views over the orchard and soak up the tranquillity with a glass of fizz
Seasonal Swimming Pool
A shared outdoor swimming pool is available on site and open during the warmer months. Please note it is heated seasonally (this year it will be from May 23rd to September 16th) and may be shared with the hosts.
The Owl house is a perfect escape, a retreat to work from or the ideal base to explore all that Shropshire and Staffordshire have to offer.
From Weston Park to Golf clubs and Fishing lakes, Cycle routes and hiking routes - get in touch and we will happily guide you to the perfect stay!

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per stay (a small £20 cleaning fee per dog applies—payable upon arrival or via Airbnb; please confirm during booking). We kindly ask:

‘Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule’
The Owl House is accessibility friendly with all doors being extra wide, no thresh hold step and a downstairs wet room and bedroom. The swimming pool has a roman end with shallow steps. If you have any questions about accessibility features please ask.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
