Kitchen & Dining Area: Our spacious kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including modern appliances, cookware, and a dining table that seats six. Perfect for preparing and enjoying meals.
Bedrooms: Two cozy double bedrooms provide restful retreats, each furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage space.
Bathroom: A full bathroom stocked with essentials, offering a refreshing space to start or end your day.
Balcony: Step out onto our lovely balcony, complete with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
Location:

Situated in vibrant Walworth, our flat is very central and well-connected to the city center. You'll have easy access to public transport, making it a breeze to explore all that the city has to offer.

Guest Access:

The host lives partially at the property but mainly rents out the flat during weekdays. You'll have access to all areas of the property, ensuring a private and comfortable stay.

Our flat is thoughtfully organized to cater to both business and leisure travelers. Whether you're working remotely or exploring the city, you'll find our home to be a perfect base.

DURING YOUR STAY

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
