Located in the area where the beach is the widest of the 19 kilometres of sand and coastline that make up the Bay of Alcúdia.
The Apartment ‘Mar Esmeralda’, is in a private apartments complex with communal gardens and direct access to the sandy beach of Puerto Alcudia in its widest area.
The flat is distributed in a living room and kitchen on a higher level and all in the same space, all with access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the beach partially.
It has two bedrooms with a double bed and optionally with two separate beds.
Complete bathroom with ample shower.
Equipped with air conditioning (pay as you go) in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine... and everything you need to enjoy a getaway in Mallorca in a privileged place by the sea.
It is an ideal place for road cyclists, where they will find an incredible atmosphere, as it is in the centre of everything, of cycling events such as Mallorca 312, IRONMAN 70.3 Alcúdia-Mallorca, or being an unbeatable starting point for routes around Mallorca!
