• Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
• Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited
• Quiet hours from 10pm and 8am and respect the locals
• Pets allowed on request - please message us first
• Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10 am.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100 or the value of the locksmith.
• Parking permit available for additional £5 a day. Please request it 48h before your reservation.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
