Terrible Experience
A thoroughly disappointing experience from beginning to end. 1. The host "Nathalie" wasn't there when we arrived and said she would only get there 1h15 min after scheduled check in time. Then she arrived, did not apologise, just handed some keys and basic info about apartment and left. We saw another host in the same building (different company we think) also welcoming a family at same.time, courteously showing them around and telling them.about local amenities. Natalie was awful in her behaviour and lack of basic manners.2. We discovered the apartment to be unclean with dust in many places. It was likely also in the bedding as two of our party suffered from.wheezing soon after using the pillows. We sent pictures of dust to Nathalie and she didn't bother responding until 3 days later (our whole stay was just 4 days). Only when we sent pictures and pointed out the issues, we got a response on the last day saying they would waive the cleaning fee. Still not even an apology from Nathalie. See picture to illustrate the dustiness. The air in the whole apartment was heavy with dust.3. There weren't enough towels and one of the towels was actually a torn rag (see picture)4. The pictures of the apartment building and the apartment are misleading. The courtyard is actually a place where they store bins...is quite filthy. There were pigeon droppings on the patio,including the furniture...so couldn't really use it unless we cleaned it ourselves5. When we ch
