About this space
This spacious 4 bedroom family friendly home is well located in the heart of Kenilworth, close to Warwick and Leamington Spa.
With modern smart features throughout and a large well equipped kitchen. The child friendly garden has plenty of outside seating space, perfect for entertaining and Summertime BBQ's.
Great for large group getaways and family gatherings with secure off-street parking for 3 cars to the rear of the property.
The space
Downstairs there is a large living / kitchen area with island. The large conservatory has bi fold doors opening out to the mature garden.
All the rooms upstairs have doubles, the main bedroom upstairs is also a Super King and ensuite.
Room 1 - Super King with En-suite Bathroom on the top floor
Room 2 - King Bed
Room 3 - King Bed
Room 4 - King Bed
Room 5 - Sofa Bed - Bedding will be left out in advance ready to be used
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the whole of the property during their stay.
Space for up to 3 cars off street at the rear of the property (covered by a security light) this can be accessed via a side street running parallel with the terrace.
There is also often free parking spaces available street directly outside the property on Stoneleigh Road.
The subtle wall based lights upstairs are controlled via a single switch that is located in the linen cupboard at the end of the corridor, top left hand side.
Please turn this off when departing the property to save on energy resources.
Other things to note
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE PLUG SOCKETS IN THE CONSERVATORY AREA AS THIS HAS AN IMPACT ON THE HEATING SYSTEM WHICH COULD LEAD TO IT BEING SWITCHED OFF AND RESET
