A 160 sq meter pied à terre located within the lush vegetation of the suburb of Dionysos in Athens. At an altitude of 650 meters, on Penteli mountain, with access to the beautiful beaches of Zoumperi, Mati, Schinias, Marathonas, Nea Makri within a 20' drive, this romantic apartment has everything that the sophisticated traveller needs. Direct access to its beautiful 800 sq. meter private garden, this is an oasis of tranquility and serenity within 20 km from the buzz of busy downtown Athens. A number of mountain trails start just within meters of the house. It boasts of 2 large bedrooms, an office, a large living room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a bathroom with bathtub, a WC with shower, ample storage space and two beautiful balconies with direct access to the garden, fully equipped with garden furniture.
