Situated in the well-established East Belfast area, this charming property on Connsbrook Avenue offers an authentic Belfast experience. The neighborhood provides excellent transport links to Belfast city center, with regular bus services and Sydenham train station nearby.

Local amenities include the scenic Victoria Park, perfect for morning walks, and the bustling Belmont Road with its variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate proximity to the Oval football ground.
