Zephyr - Bright Modern Apartment close to riverside and a level walk into town

Zephyr is a bright modern apartment catering for a maximum of 2 adults. It is situated at the quiet end of Fowey with partial river views and is near to public car parking and the Bodinnick Ferry.

The apartment is situated on the first floor so it is not suitable for wheelchair users, children or for people who cannot manage stairs.

Zephyr's position offers an easy, relatively level walk into the Town Centre where there is a wide choice of eating establishments to suit every taste. Restaurants, cafes pub and bars abound amidst an interesting variety of shops selling locally produced goods and food. At the other end of town is the local beach, Readymoney Cove, a popular place for sunbathing and safe bathing.

Taking a ferry to the other side of the river, from White House Pier along the Esplanade you gain access to to the picturesque village of Polruan and beautiful beaches and rugged seascapes along the South West Coast Path, where you can walk to Polperro and Looe, or catch the ferry to Bodinnick to follow the famous Hall Walk to Polruan.

Zephyr offers an ideal spot for a romantic break for two and is a place that you will definitely want to come back to.

GARDEN & PARKING: No garden and no private parking. The nearest public car park is by the Bodinnick Ferry at Caffa Mill – PL23 1DF. Weekly car parking tickets can be purchased using JustPark.

Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in rent.

Mobile phone reception: varies inside the property but is usually satisfactory further into the town.
