Welcome to our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom home, thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Whether you're here for a holiday or a work retreat, every detail has been meticulously crafted to provide an exceptional stay.
Our property is conveniently located just a short drive from the stunning St Bees Beach and its breathtaking coastline. The wonderful Lake District national park is also within easy reach making it a perfect base.
đĄ As you walk in, you'll find an inviting open-plan kitchen and dining area.
đœïž The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a breakfast bar.
đŽ The dining room features a stunning solid wood table that seats 6 guests comfortably.
đ§ș Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient laundry room and a downstairs toilet.
đïž The spacious living room is perfect for relaxation, with ample seating and a well-stocked games cupboard.
đïž Upstairs, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms:
đ The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a TV, and plenty of storage space.
đïž The second bedroom features a king-size bed with a TV and can be converted into two singles upon request.
đïž The third bedroom offers twin beds and a TV.
đ The family bathroom is designed with dual washbasins and a bath with an over-the-top shower.
đł Outside, you'll find a charming garden area with artificial grass and outdoor furniture.
đ One parking space is available on the drive, with plenty of free road parking next to the property.
đ¶ For families traveling with young children, a travel cot and highchair are available in the garage.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
