Fantastic, new build, self catering holiday home that’s been decorated to a high standard throughout. It offers modern and stylish accommodation for 8 people on the edge of Newport town centre in Pembrokeshire. Enjoy sea views from the master bedroom balcony, relax in the wood burner hot tub, have breakfast together on the large patio.
Layout
Sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite with a balcony offering sea and coastal views. There are two delightfully decorated double bedrooms and a bunk room. All bedrooms are on the first floor.
Downstairs offers wonderful living spaces with excellent access to the large outdoor terrace, which runs the length of the house. The kitchen-dinning area has a brand new, well-equipped kitchen with a hob, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and round dining table. The utility room is just off the kitchen and houses a washing machine, sink additional equipment and storage space. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a large smart TV, books and games. French doors lead from both the dining room and living room out on to the rear terrace area with a large BBQ, outdoor eating area and wooden hot tub.

As well as having a lovely large terrace, 7 Feidr Eglws also has a lawned garden that’s great for kids and or dogs to run around. At the front of the property there’s a large front gravel drive that will easily accommodate all your vehicles. If you need even more space, the nearby countryside walks and beaches are your extended garden here.

3. **Continue on M4** – Travel past Newport (Wales), Cardiff, and Swansea.
4. **Take the A48 & A40** – After Swansea, follow signs for **Carmarthen** via the **A48**, then merge onto the **A40** towards Haverfordwest.
5. **Turn onto A487** – At Fishguard, take the **A487** towards Newport.
6. **Arrive in Newport, Pembrokeshire**.
**By Train & Bus (Approx. 5-6 hours)**
1. **Take a train from London Paddington to Fishguard & Goodwick** – You may need to change at **Swansea** or **Carmarthen**.
