Beach View Penthouse T3,private jacuzzi & roof terrace ,500m from Praia Falesia

Our amazing Penthouse sits overlooking the sea at Praia da Falesia, just 500m from the beach. We are on 3 floors , 2 large private terraces with sea views, on 2 levels . All bedrooms have covered terraces and outdoor seating and dining areas, ofering privacy

Entrance hallway opens to the living area, on the 2nd floor.
The living area extends out to the open plan dining room, and lounge with 4 x double patio doors to the covered patio. The patio is furnished with out door lounging set and a dinner table for al freso dining.
There is a large comfy sofa, coffee table and sideboard in lounge area. 8 seater dining table, and a TV set up for streaming and internet , with a good international streaming tv package.

There is a cloakroom toilet , and a fully equipped full kitchen, all appliances, crockery and cutlery , as well as a secondary balcony with a traditional BBQ .

On the lower level, are 3 king size bedrooms, of 1 is a suite, with a full length terrace, with seating and dining area. The ensuite has a jacuzzi bathtub/shower combo, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The other 2 king size bedrooms share a sea facing terrace and family bathroom of which is a bathtub/shower combo, bidet , toilet and washbasin.
All bedding, bathtowels and beach twels are provided

The Full rooftop terrace has 2 sections, sea facing, shaded, with another traditional bbq, 8 person jacuzzi, seating and dining area .There is a sink, bar fridge, and shower on the roof terrace, with lighting at night .
The garden facing terrace has sunbeds for optimal sunbathing.

The Penthouse has air con throughout , fast unlimited fibre optic, streaming tv.
There is elevator access from the garage to the Penthouse. There is stair access inside the penthouse to the 3 levels.
Garaged parking , as well as outside parking available.

The resort gardens are large and secure. There main entrance gate has vehicle entrance as well as a pedestrian access.

There are 3 separate pools in resort: 1 children's pool next t the adults pool, and another large pool which is separated into children's and adults sections.

The Penthouse is setup for winter rentals from October to end of May , and benefits from full winter sun through out the day. We do weekly summer rentals from June to September

For Digital nomads, we can offer a desk, chair, printer for your use. This must be requested in advance and is not automatically available, as stored off site.

For families with children: we can provide travel cots, highchairs, stairgates, upon request and must be done at time of reservation, as item are stored offsite. Last minute request will have a surcharge , as they may need to be rented .

Local area is beautiful and has plenty for the whole family. Many local restaurants , bars and cafes, open all year round.
There are walking trails, and running tracks, as well as tennis and paddle courts nearby.
A very good private gymnasuim, and a few good local hotels , Epic Sana and Pine Cliffs are nearby.
There are a few sites nearby, excellent Rustic organic farm, Quinta do Mel, with a great restaurant.

Praia da Falesia, one of the best beaches in europe is 500m away
There is local bus stop, taxi services, bicycle and car rental in the village.
